Discount will only be allowed on purchases of eligible items from Davis Tackle totalling £10.00 or over.

EXCEPTIONS
Live bait, permits, spares, repairs, gift vouchers, carriage charges, "Special Offers" & "Sale" items are not eligible.

TO OBTAIN YOUR DISCOUNT CARD
Click here to get a printable form, complete it and send with £10.00 to Davis Tackle (alternatively you can order your card by telephone, Fax or E-mail quoting your Switch, Delta or Credit Card details). Don't forget to tell us which size T-shirt you require! You will be eligible for discount and a free T-shirt as soon as we receive your payment. You may also purchase or order goods at discounted prices at the same time as applying for your card!

TO RENEW YOUR DISCOUNT CARD
If you are an existing or lapsed cardholder, you can renew your card by phone, fax or snail-mail. We will issue a new card and T-shirt for £10.00 as before. If your existing card is still current, tell us the card number and we will post-date your new card to run from when your old one expires.
