But most of all this is a serious fishing reel. The sealed one-way, roller-bearing drag system gives instantaneous pick-up and smooth, powerful operation. The mid-arbor design has great line capacity – you can pack on over two hundred yards of backing – along with fast retrieval, incredibly low start-up inertia and reduced line coil. The reel is fully interchangeable from left to right-hand wind. And of course, it’s fully anodised, so you can fish with it as happily in the sea as in a lake or river.
